We're looking for a UGC Content Editor to turn raw creator and client footage into scroll-stopping short-form video. You'll live in TikTok, Reels, and Shorts — cutting content that feels native and authentic, not polished-brand. This is a remote, contract role with fast turnarounds and plenty of reps, ideal for an early-career editor with a sharp instinct for what makes people stop scrolling.

What you'll do
Cut raw footage into platform-ready short-form videos that hook in the first two seconds
Edit in a true UGC style — jump cuts, captions, sound design, trending formats and audio
Turn briefs and reference videos into finished edits, fast
Produce multiple hooks and variations for testing
Layer in captions, b-roll, music, and SFX that match each platform's feel
Keep project files, assets, and exports organized and easy to hand off
Stay on top of trends, formats, and platform shifts

A good ear for music and timing
Reliability, speed, and an easy relationship with feedback
Comfort working remote and async, managing your own time
A portfolio or reel (required)
